Creating your homes style and environment is a special time and because of the investment you are making you need to be clear on the style, and colors you are drawn to. This comes natural to some people but to many they are not sure where to begin. Partnering with a Certified Designer will take the guess work out of the equation making it a more enjoyable experience. My goal as your designer is to hone in on exactly what works for you, your family , lifestyle, personal style, and passions so that your environment supports you in every way.

What’s First ?

To begin with you will fill out my design, lifestyle questionnaire. This is designed to give me a head start on creating a comfortable, stress free, and beautiful personalized home for you and your family.

What’s Your Style ?

What style are you drawn to Natural, Art Deco Eclectic, Vintage , Glam, Contemporary, Traditional, Modern, Farmhouse Jungalow, Industrial, Rustic, Bohemian, Mid-Century Modern, Minimalist, Transitional, Eclectic, Shabby Chic, Coastal?
Once we decide what your style is you will be encouraged to start creating idea books and pinning the pieces you are drawn to so I can get a good sense of what you like.

DESIGN SERVICES WE OFFER

Our Process

  • First, we will schedule a phone consultation to discuss your project, timeline, budget, and needs.
  • Next, we will schedule a walk thru to review the space to be designed, take measurements, and make notes on any necessary improvements.
  • Then I will share my recommendations & provide you with the fee to retain my Design services.
  • Once my agreement has been signed and deposits have been received, I will start the design process of conceptualization, connecting with any additional contractors needed to receive quotes and to schedule (Muralist, Custom bunk bed builders, Electricians etc.)
  • After I will begin sourcing & shopping for furnishings, accessories, bedding, and all we will need to bring your home or business to life.
  • If this is a vacation rental or Airbnb when all has been completed it will need to be professionally cleaned so we can stage the designed areas in preparation for a photo shoot to capture your new beautifully designed home so you can list and start booking those reservations.

Walk Through Design consultation

We will schedule a walk through to review the space to be designed, we will discuss your ideas and specific needs, then we will take measurements and make notes on any necessary enhancements then share our recommendations.

Full-Service Design

If you are a new owner or investor of a Home, Vacation rental, Airbnb or business and need design direction, theming and in some cases project management we have designed this full-service package for you

Theming

This service is designed to help you stand out amongst your competition and provide your guests with an experience they will keep talking about. Adding murals and custom bunkbeds, theater and game rooms will set you apart from the average rental experience. There are so many great ways to theme and bring space to life and we are ready to take you to infinity and beyond.

Shopping Service

This service can be added If you would like for me to take this task off your hands I will shop and fill your closets and cabinets with all the necessary inventory needed to stock your VRBO or Airbnb. Any additional bedding, towels, dishes, pots, and pans, and everything else needed to make your guests stay as comfortable as possible.
